Argonaut Gold Inc. is a new Canadian gold producer with operating mines and advanced exploration projects in the state of Durango, Mexico and Guatemala. The State of Durango is one of Mexico's most prolific gold and metal producing states. El Castillo is Argonaut's 100% owned open pit, heap leach gold mine located one hour north of the state capital Durango. El Castillo hosts 750,000 ounces of Proven and Probable Gold Reserves and 1.2 million ounces of Measured and Indicated Resources. Our prime exploration property, La Fortuna is also located in Durango. We've encountered numerous high-grade intersects and plan additional exploration drilling later in 2010. El Sastre, located in Guatemala is a 50% joint venture.
