Medical Marijuana

Medical Marijuana and the impact of legalizing recreational use has become a hot topic over the last year. The flow of information is challenging to keep up with and can be confusing. As employers examine this change, questions are giving way to concern about the impact to their workforce and accommodation policies. In continuing our series on healthy workplaces, we will engage our experts to discuss this challenging topic.

With such a large topic to tackle, the scope of this session will be focused on the metabolic impacts to the body as a result of marijuana consumption, insights into the new legislation, impacts that could occur in the workplace and practical strategies to consider when developing or revising your company policies.
