Corporate Overview:
Alloycorp is a TSX-Venture listed company with a strategy to become the unique supplier of steel alloy metals. The Avanti Kitsault Project ("Avanti Kitsault"), wholly-owned through the Company's subsidiary Avanti Kitsault Mine Ltd., is currently the cornerstone asset to this strategy. Alloycorp is spending $1 billion to develop Avanti Kitsault into a top four primary molybdenum producer, expected to reach production by 2017.
Parallel to the development of Avanti Kitsault, Alloycorp's strategy is to grow through the acquisition of assets with commodities that supply the steel alloys industry.
